April R. Martindale, MBA, Esq. is an attorney, entrepreneur, educator, and founder of multiple nonprofit organizations serving communities in New York and Florida. As Owner and Managing Partner of Martindale Law, she is recognized for strategic legal advising, trademark and brand protection, nonprofit formation and governance, business scaling, and leadership development.
A trusted entertainment and intellectual property attorney representing multi-million-dollar artists, producers, and management teams, she operates at the intersection of law, music, and business. A classically trained singer-songwriter and alumna of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, she holds an MBA in Management (summa cum laude, Golden Key & Alpha Chi honor societies) and earned her Juris Doctor as Valedictorian. She holds over 50 copyrights for original music lyrics—giving her firsthand insight into the value of ownership and creative control.
